The Need-to-Know Before You Go

PARKING & DOOR TIMES

Parking will generally open 2 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 1.5 hours before show time. We recommend arriving early to reduce the heavy traffic and wait times prior to the show. Our Lakeside Pre-Party begins 2 hours before doors open - come early and make it a full day of fun! Be prepared to wait entering and exiting the venue. Please be patient and follow the instructions given by police and staff. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or Ultra Premier Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS

The drop off area is located in Gate 1. Let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Drivers must leave after drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. Please use the 15 North exit at Glen Helen Parkway as this is the only entrance point at the end of an event. Local law enforcement may shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue at peak times. Festival drop off / pick up is usually moved to Gate 5. For taxis and ride shares, head to the Red Lot at Gate 1 for concerts and inside the Yellow Lot at Gate 6 for most festivals.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY

Your phone is your ticket. Before you head out, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to the General Store in Plaza B and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE

Open on show days only at 12pm.

THE MERCH

DESIGNATED DRIVERS

Are you the responsible fan tonight? Our designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special coupon from guest services and you can enjoy 1 free fountain soda at any of our drink concessions.

RECYCLING

You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

CAMPING

Stay on-site and be closer to the action. Head to our camping site to find out which shows you can camp for, and reserve your spot. 

TAILGATING

Tailgating is under the discretion of the local Sheriff's Department.
